A gorgeous Art Deco earrings made of carved natural apple green Jadeites with carved red Coral tulip and rose-cut Diamonds suspended from a hand carved Ebony wood bead inlaid with 9K pink Gold and black glass beads. The earrings are dangling style and the Jade swings from an 18k gold arm with 18k solid yellow gold pins at the back.
Jade is featured prominently in ancient Asian art, but also has an important place in many other cultures. Jade was used to create many utilitarian and ceremonial objects and was considered the "Imperial Gem". Jade has had a special significance, comparable with that of gold and diamonds in the West.
